If you read our article a couple of days ago you would know that Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales was recently banned in the US. Well it has happened again. On Friday in California Judge Lucy Koh banned all sales of Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus phones.
Apple claimed that Samsung copied the iPhones look and feel and the technology it uses.
Apple had to post a bond of $95m if the court later deemed that it was not the correct decision. Many speculate that apple is using patents way to aggressively to gain market share. It seems that Apple is slowly wining the patent war in the US but things are far from over as the war continues in courts in several countries.
