The two biggest tablet manufacturers Apple and Samsung have been battling in court for quite some time now. But today it was decided that all sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will now be banned in the US while they decide on patent disputes. Apple claimed that Samsung copied the look of its very popular iPad.

Samsung is not the only company that Apple has patents challenges with, they also have problems with HTC and Motorola.
The trial will begin on 30 July in California. It is also important to note that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 II will not be affected by this ban.
